Can I add other parameters to a JotForm link?

Hi,

I have my form

https://form.jotform.com/73396978566177

I have a list of current contacts.

If I send a jotform to a current contact they do not need to enter their name etc. I already know who they are, but only if I can send an extra parameter in the URL

Is it possible to call my jotform with an extra parameter ie GregsContactID=12345

Then add it to the url as follows

https://form.jotform.com/73396978566177&GregsContactID=12345

When the user responds on the form I know who it is
