    Hi. I keep getting an error message - 

    Form not found
    This form is in restore mode, please try again later.
    I think this is because I have a dormant account - are you able to activate it please?

    Your account status was set to Dormant, probably not updating for some time. I have re-activated your account and now it should work fine.
