Why does it say that my form is over quota?

    I get this error code even though the free plan says we get 100 submissions a month. We are not even close to that number. See below. Form over quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    The limit you reached was the PAYMENT SUBMISSION LIMIT PER MONTH. For the Free Plan, the limit is 1 payment submission per month. Your current usage shows you already received 10 payments.

    With this in mind, you have 2 options to choose from:

    1. Either wait for the 1st day of the next month (all monthly limits reset back to 0 on the 1st day of each month)

    2. Or upgrade to higher plan that offers more payment submissions per month
