    Hi all,

i have a little problem to solve:)

The routine of all the forms works this way:

    (example: https://form.jotformeu.com/61663282251352)

    1) the user fill the form.

When he clicks the submit button, the form sends an e-mail to the user and to my costumer.

    2) Now a new page opens

    http://www.studioiservice.it/STUDIO/_I_SERVICES/PLANIMETRIA/completamento_planimetria.html

where the costumer have to pay the requested service but...

a lot of people forget or don't understand this page.

So the costumer receive the request but not the money.

I tried to relink direct to paypal. But paypal don't send the data-fields.

I wish that costumer receive order only if the request is payed.

    How can i resolve this?

    Sorry for my bad english.

    Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure why you have separated your payment while you can integrate your form with Paypal.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal

So basically, when you add the Paypal field into your form, you will have to configure the products. When the user submits the form, it would redirect to Paypal where they need to make the payment. Once completed, you will receive an email notification of the completed payment. So in other words, you will only receive orders if the customer has completed the payment. If not, it will be listed as incomplete payment in your form submissions page.

On another note, for free accounts, there's a limit of 1 payment submission per month. If you are expecting more than that, feel free to update to any of the paid plans https://www.jotform.com/pricing.
