Form field account not showing data after field was moved.

Moved "Day of Event Contact" field on the JotForm.  But the field does not show moved when submitting an actual request.  Also the form is not being received by one of our email recipients.  is JF experiencing problems?

I have checked your form submissions and I can see the submission field "Day of Event Contact" has data for the submissions entered after the filed was changed as shown below.

On the issue of email kindly share the email address that is not receiving email. Also kindly check the Junk/Spam folder in case email was filtered to the junk folder.

The concern is not about the data it’s about the field location.
The actual field location “ Day of Event Contact Name” is above the “Day of Event Contact Phone Number/Example 1, when building the form.

But on the actual submission form, the fields mentioned above, are not in the same order/Example 2. Please advise on how to fix, thanks.

Apologies for not understanding your issue earlier. If I understand you correctly you need to have the fields in your submissions correctly displayed/arranged in the order that has been displayed/arranged in form design?

If this is the case kindly see the images below showing you form submissions arrangement and Form builder Element arrangement are in the same order.

Kindly do note that anytime you change for design arrangement the same arrangement is applied to the submissions fields.
