Hi Jotform! Noticed in your latest email you featured how a company uses your service. I thought you might be interested to know how my team at my company, Lose It!, uses JotForm!
TL;DR: Using your service helps us identify success stories of our members who have lost significant weight using our app (I'm talking 100+ pounds here!) and then share that story with social media or PR outlets.
Before your form, we used to collect success stories by email or phone transcription. It was tedious, and very difficult to keep consistent answers. Now, we use JotForm (and a pretty shortlink) to gather success stories in a concise, trackable way from emails and social media, to our app release notes.
Having the form has helped us collect information and photos, then identify the top stories to contact and share, plus gather permissions to share these stories with our PR firm, landing amazing TV placements (the Today Show) and articles (Chicago Tribune). We also use the form reporting to give our awesome members shoutouts in our release notes, social media, and more.
The best part is that with JotForm, we now have a process where we can truly give our members the highlight reel they deserve!
