How to share form wit Sub-Account user

I was added to a preexisting form so that I could modify it and I never received and email notification. I also cannot locate the form or template on here.

I have checked your account and seems no form has been shared to your account. If a form is shared with you you will be able to see a user folder (Who shared form with you) on the left panel of your account.
