My form appears to be working except for the autoresponder. I tested the form and when I submit the form I receive a copy of the email submission BUT the recipient does not receive my autoresponder email with the PDF file that I uploaded for them to receive.

I checked your form and did a test submission, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, I received the Autoresponder immediately:
Do you have email addresses that failed to receive the autoresponder?
Please let us know.

There's an issue right now that autoresponder sent to Gmail addresses is being delayed. Our developers are already investigating the issue.
