I checked your form and I can see that it is currently encrypted.

You need to upload the encryption key in the Submissions page to decrypt the data. Once the submission is decrypted, you will be able to see the submissions properly.

For more information about form encryption, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

OK. I turned off the Encrypt Data Form under the Settings tab. When I turn on View Form, it still has all the gibberish in every field. Please help.

    Sorry for the confusion.

If you turn off the Form Encryption, the new submissions will no longer be encrypted. However, the old submissions that were completed before when the form is encrypted will still be encrypted.

Do you still have the Encryption Key? If yes, then you can enable the Form Encryption back and then go to the Submissions page. Upload the private key to decrypt the submissions. After that, capture or copy the necessary information that you need. When you are done, you need to turn off the Form Encryption again for the new submissions.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

This still happens when I after turn encryption off. I go back to the Build
tab then slide the Preview Form slider in the top right hand corner to View
the Form. The fields are then pre-populated.

I checked your form in preview mode and wasn't able to replicate the issue.
