Why aren't my forms listed in Zapier?

We have also tried using Zapier and it cannot find any of our forms despite them being published and complete.

I can see my forms listed on Zapier, I would recommend you to try re-connecting your JotForm account with Zapier, while connecting it, please check the "Yes" option when you're asked about the EU datacenter since you're in UK currently.
