I was thinking that I like your service, its easy to use and very functional... But why the big jump from free to premium? if it was like $30 for a year I would do it for sure, but $10/m is not worth it. For me I would pay $30 a year to get 500 submits a month and maybe 100 paid submits. Just figured I would give you my thoughts on the subject.
Also, it seems to randomly disable forms. I wont touch anything and then I will hear from one of my members that the form isnt working....

Unfortunately, the Premium subscription is our package with the lowest subscription price. So far there is nothing lower than that. If you wish to get more discount, you can purchase a 2-year subscription, which is $41 cheaper compared to a 1-year subscription. This is also almost $100 cheaper compared to a monthly subscription.
With regards to the auto suspension, unless if you created forms that are against our terms your forms will be fine for our automated anti-phishing system.

Just so you know, your have set your form to accept only 3 submissions, and it is already way over that limit, that is why it keeps on getting disabled.
Check out this guide to learn more about limiting submissions, and how you can turn this option off.

Yes your right, thank you. I thought that setting was per user/IP address.
