Table inputs to pick Multiple Choice Properties

How can input table selections trigger selections in a multi choice field? Please see picture and form

Thank you for patiently waiting and sorry for the delay. I have tried to make a cell in the Input Table as a trigger but it only accepts the whole table and not individual cells. I recommend creating multiple Input Tables for each row and applying conditions on each Input Table that target the Multiple Choice field. Here's an example:

Here's a sample condition:

1. Select the Input Table field and if it is filled.
2. Do insert the word of the Checkbox option in the field.
3. After that, select the Checkbox field in the Summary dropdown.
4. You can also click the Options icon and change the settings to the read-only option.
