Currently when vistitors submit a form via our site (for which we use JotForm), they receive no confirmation that their email has been received. How can I set up a "Your submission has been received..." auto-responder for anyone who submits a form?

Click on "Email Alerts" on the toolbar, then click on "Add New Email", and select the "Autoresponse Email" option. The follow all steps.
