I need all my questions on one page like usual.

Hi - Are you guys testing some new features or something?  Because every new form I create, it is forcing me to keep each question on a SEPARATE PAGE.  I also see some other weird changes like a welcome page (really not necessary!) 

We use this for business and I semi-urgently need to make a new form, can you please please fix this ASAP?  I need all my questions on one page like usual!  I've included an example in the URL below.  Why is the builder forcing me to make each question a separate page?!?! 

Yes, this is our new form layout. If you want to set your form in the old layout, simply go to Settings>>Form Settings, click on the Show More button, scroll down, and select the "All questions in one page" layout:
