I've received the same form twice (today and yesterday), but the person claims to have replied only once. How did this happen? Did someone else fill in the form, but the system sent me the old one?Page URL:

Hello I was checking your form and everything looks really good and in order, it could be that in this case a “connection problem” or a “packet problem” occurred. It shouldn’t happen again. Any way you can prevent the data duplicate using “Unique Submission” this helps to prevent users to make submissions on the same form. Please take a look here to learn how to do it.
