Hi Steven,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. Do you mean you want to email your form-fillers when they fill up your form? If so, you can create Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
Now, your form-fillers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

No, so If I have a big paragraph written when they go to the petition and each person who views it can easily forward that email on to an email address link a ministerasking for action to be taken
without havingto manually write their own email

Hello Steven,
Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, would you like to send an email with the content in your paragraph field? I'm not sure what you mean when the user doesn't have to write their own email, can you please provide more details on how their email should be sent without adding an email address? Currently it is not possible at the moment.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Have you ever seen for the purpose of a cause like a petition where you can auto forward an email to a minister for example?
So I prepare the email content - it goes out on a platform, people click on it and it forwards the email

Hello Steven,
Thanks for getting back to us. I am still quite unsure about your issue. Do you want the Paragraph content on the form to be emailed to the email address added to the form? Check the screenshot below:
If so, let me show you how to edit the content of the Autoresponder email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Delete the content and paste the letter content.
- You can also change the Subject line of the email.
- Click Save.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hello Steven,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you want the respondents to forward that Autoresponder email, they can use the Forward function in their email just like a regular email.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
