My account reached an upload limit. How do I continue to use Jotform?

    I am using the free version and received a notification that I reached my upload limit. I just logged in and deleted nearly all of the surveys I have received to date (reimbursement requests for a parent-teacher association). Having deleted most of the submissions, will I now be able to continue using this free version?

    If you are referring to the file upload limit for Free version, deleting your uploads that includes images etc. will reduce your upload space limit for your Free account. Please refer to the maximum uploads for different account types below.

    1. Free :  100 MB

    2. Bronze: 10 GB

    3. Silver: 100 GB

    4. Gold: 1 TB
