Hello, I got an email notifying me that I was running low on space and to clear out my submissions. I have done that but it still says that I'm locked out of being able to accept forms and that I need to upgrade. Can you please help? Thank you!

You have exceeded the submission limit for your account. Clearing or deleting submissions will not reset your submission counter. It will be reset every 1st of the month. In this case, your current consumed submissions (200+) will be reset on January 1st 2018.
