Why can't I login into my account?

    I have tried multiple times to log in and even change my password. It never sends me the password change link. I do pay monthly for this service and would like to change one thing on the forms i have and was just trying to see if i need to either use another email or what else i could do to get into my account. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you

    I have checked your account and your email address Brandon@triadincamerica.com is registered as a guest account.

    And the page url you have given returns a 404 error.

    May I know the username of your paid account?So we can help your further.

    I have the jot forms sent to Kayla@triadincamerica.com due to the fact of the error. She also had a account set up but the form we use and pay for is on the Brandon@triadincamerica.com. Is there anyway we could access that form on the kayla@triadincamerica.com instead and just have everything under that account?

    The correct URL is https://form.jotform.us/triadincamerica/simple-application. This form belongs to the account Triadincamerica which is registered under the email address of Kayla. You should ask Kayla to give you the access to the account or ask her to add you as her sub-user account.
