How to Integrate Jotform to our website.

I have downloaded the source files and I have them located on our web server.  Due to our configuration, we are having latency issues with our form contacting jotform.com when it initially loads.  Is there a way to have the form independent without contacting jotform.com? 

Unfortunately it is not possible to have the forms hosted outside Jotform servers. There are functions that will need to be executed in the Jotform servers to enable your forms to work accordingly.

There are other ways you can also Integrate with Jotform from your website however you will still need to query Jotform server to achieve the integration.
