Also, can the form be set up to send the entire form to the customer who submits it, the webmaster and the company for order processing? How do you set that up? The tool only seems to provide one option.

Yes you can, simply select the form,
Then select Email Alerts from the top menu.
Then select the email you wish to alter
Then select 'reply to and recipient settings'
And add any extra email recipients to the 'Recipient E-mail' field which is in the bottom right hand corner.
Do a test to see if it works and you're good to go!
