Is it possible send a notification email before submit the form?

Is is possible to send a notification email based on a condition BEFORE they "submit" the form?

For example, after they answer a question and then select NEXT.

Sadly, that's not possible - The CONDITION TO SEND EMAIL will only work after submitting the form. All email-related processes get triggered after form submission, thus explaining why that's the case.
