I am trying to create a membership form to our association and my account suddenly was suspended?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I checked your forms and found no violation. Our system may have mistakenly suspended your account. I went ahead and reactivated it. You should be able to log in now and use the forms.
