This could be possible but you will need to use the Full Source Code on your web site.
To get full form source code, open your form on the Form Builder:
1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,
2. Click on "Embed Form"
3. Click on "Source" in Gear Icon
Then, copy the codes to your web site or prefered code editor, and find those checkbox fields. Add checked="checked" as shown on the example below:
input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="input_1_0" name="q1_clickTo" value="Option 1"
input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="input_1_0" name="q1_clickTo" checked="checked" value="Option 1"
Hope this helps. Please do let us know for any concerns.

In addition to Rodjit's response, you can also use by mean's of pre-populating your form using URL parameters.
Here is one example of a form without any selections.
While here is the result with pre-selecting / pre-populating values using URL parameters:
You can read on this user guide to know more about pre-populating your form using URL parameters.
