IP Address banned

I am using jotform for practicing my skills and I got banned. I wish tp continue using it and upgrade to paid plan. I can't remember any violation I commited so please check my account.

Can you send us the IP address coming from this page, so we can verify if it's banned and if it needs to be whitelisted? Additionally, please give us the email address associated with your account so we can also check the status.
