Hi, I have received the following email from you:
If you want your account to be reactivated, you need to have us remove the sensitive banking related information from your form.
I would like to adjust the form that caused the suspension in the account, but i cant login to the account. How can I adjust the form?

I have gone ahead and deleted the suspected form fields from your form. Your account is now active. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card/bank account details.
