One user submitted form with some empty fields even though the fields are set as required

    This person has been able to submit the form and not complete the required fields how?

    I have looked at your form and account details and noted that indeed the user submitted the form without filling the required fields.

    I have escalated the issue to our Level 2 team for further analysis and review of the issue. We will update you on this thread once the root cause of the issue is determined.

    Hello,

    Sorry for this inconvenience but I couldn't replicate the issue on my side although I can see some required fields are empty in that submission.

    Did you change anything on the form lately? Maybe there might be a condition change?
