Unable to access Ticket ID #13257111 & 13258071: suspended account due to password collection

    Yes please delete the fields and reactivate my account, thank you. I can’t access the same support thread but please move forward with deleting the question which violate the terms of use, thank you. The response I received is below.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I reviewed your form, I saw that your form violated our Terms of Use for collecting password-related information. Check out this screenshot below:

    For us to reactivate your account, we need your permission to delete these fields. Also, please refrain from collecting any password-related information to avoid getting suspended in the future.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.”

    Hi Abdulrahman,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I have deleted the guilty field on the form and the account is not active. Can you try logging in?
