when the applicant submits a completion date on the form, they get "date unavailable"
and the application cannot be submitted...
I tried it on a test form and am experiencing the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. After checking your form, the error is caused by the End date that was added on the date picker limit. Kindly remove that or change the end date, depending on the available dates for your form.
- Open the Date picker properties by clicking the gear icon.
- Under limits, remove or adjust the End date. This sets the available dates to select.
