Question about billing?

    I want to know the reason for my credit card charge on my last transaction. Please email me to the email associated with my jotform account.

    I checked your subscription and it expired due to failed payment.  There should not have been any recent charges to your card.  If there is a charge, let us know the details for the charge and we will be happy to see what happened.
