Why wont all the fields from my form show in my email notification?

    So I have multiple questions on my form (State & Coach or GM). I get an email notification when a form is submitted. However, the last two questions on my form do not show up in my email notification. 

    How can I fix this? Thank you.

    I have checked your form, try disabling the Hide Empty Field option in your email notification.

    Go to your settings > emails>advanced

    the scroll down until you find Hide Empty Fields and toggles it to "NO".
