Now, let me help your account. I can see that your account was suspended because your form 240808418157055 is collecting password. Note that collecting highly-sensitive information such as log-in credentials is against our Terms & Conditions. Your form hasn't received any submissions yet, so I went ahead and deleted the offending field and reactivated your account. You may now log in to your account without any issues.

Hi Chloe,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and I saw that it is currently active. Can you please try clearing your browser caches and cookies before trying to log in again to see if that works? I've also flushed your login attempts.
