    hi,

I integrated Google Drive so that each submission will upload to a file in Google Drive. The integration works when I fill the form in jotform but when the form is automatically filled by Zapier the integration does not work.

What can be done about it?

    Hi Oded,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, Google Drive integration, and any other integration available in Jotform, triggers only when the form is submitted.

We've gone ahead and escalated this to our Developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Oded,

Additionally, you can try integrating the form to Google Drive through Zapier as well.

    Thanks for your answer.

Just want to make sure I was clear:
Submissions via zapier appear on the submission table as well as the manual submission. It's just the integration to google drive that adds only manual submissions to the drive.
Is that what you understood in the first place?

In any case, you offered to do the integration with zapier.
Can you help me with that? I trigger when theres a new submission on jotform, but for the action of uploading the file, theres no option to choose the form's original pdf. I can only choose the form's fields and a few other things like date of submission, Id etc. which are Irrelevant.

    thanks
