Why hiding field's option is not working properly?

I have a form I have been using and gathering data into a Google Spreadsheet. I want to now hide some of the fields. When I do this in the designer, it says the fields are hidden. But when I preview, or publish, the hidden questions are still there. 

I have provided a screen shot of the designer with hidden fields and the URL of the published form.

You have a condition that includes that field and that will override the hiding option.

So if you disable that condition for example (or remove that field from that condition) it will work.
