Jotform Set Up Help ?

Good morning Jotform Team, I am in need of assistance for the following:

1. Can our church activities listed in JOTFORM be connected to our Outlook or Google calendar somehow?
   
   
   
2. Do we have the option to change the status of each activity? Such as, if activity is approved, can it be changed to denied or back to In Progress?
   
   
   
3. Can we set up the Jotform to have a certain style/look of our church activities to be shown on our Markee in our church halls?
