How to delete my information?

I don't understand how I got tied up into this, but I put in a prayer request from a church that uses you and I thought that is what you are about. I was really wrong. Please delete my information from your system and have a great life.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are not quite familiar with Jotform yet, Jotform is used to create online forms. We have a lot of users using Jotform to create order forms, survey forms, quiz forms, and more. 

For any concerns regarding your submission, please contact the form owner. You can use the Reply-to option on the email sent to you (if you have submitted the form) to get in contact directly with the form owner and raise your concern to him/her. If you want to delete your Jotform account, please check out the steps and screenshots below:

• On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar at the top right corner of your screen.
• Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.

• On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

• Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

• After that, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
