I'm doing research for my non-profit group.  I'm trying to anticipate questions I will get about using your service.

Where is the information kept, that is entered on my form, on my website?

What happens to it if I decide not to continue with JotForm?

Can I create a template background that changes with the seasons?

The information entered when you/users fills the form, the data is saved in our secured servers. All data transmissions is encrypted and transferred through secure channel from when user fills the form to when the data is saved to the database.

We also have another security layer where a user can choose to encrypt data saved when user has filled the form. If you Decide not to continue with Jotform you have the option to export all your user data to excel, PDF and XLS data formats. You can also integrate these data to google spreadsheet, google Drive or Dropbox among other supported storage platforms.

The last question I have answered it in a separate thread since its not related to the first two questions. I have answered it here:-
