Form entry will not complete after clicking submit button...

I have a form that does not complete the registration process after clicking submit button.  All the setting and conditions seem to be in order, but the form will time out after 10 minutes or so and no follow through to the payment add-in (Stripe). Please advise what the issue is and how to repair at your earliest convenience.

It seem that you haven't logged in your Stripe account yet. Please connect your form to your Stripe account to do some test submissions.

Thank you very much for your quick response, that worked.  I have created multiple forms and never had to do that, but I typically clone the form and then edit.  I think the password for Stripe must have been saved before and it reset.
