Hi, a few days ago we had exceeded our form limit and some of our forms became disabled. We upgraded but I noticed when I clicked on view submissions, it was just showing digits rather than names and substantive contact information. I was elevated to you since by the live chat rep. Can you please look into the forms that have been disable? I am getting ready to leave for the day and will check back tomorrow. I can be reached at email@example.com. Please re-check it now. I have restored all your rsubmission data can you please re-check if it is now showing correctly?
