Is there a way to email a section or page of the form to a secondary person to fill out?

Would be the same form but the other person fills out their page/section?

You can use conditional logic and set a field that will act as code, so you send that secondary person a form and a code (the code will, however, be there for all submitters). The code for that secondary person will reveal only a section that you set.

1) So you can add code field and form collapse fields to your form so the sections will be separated:

So when the 'whole' code is entered the whole form will show, and when the 'second' code is entered then only the second section is shown (which you can define of course):
