I would like my Google Integrate to name the documents with two of the form's inputs. I have it set up currently as {learningWalk} {dateOf}. I just clicked the boxes next to them when setting up the integration. However, they are not pulling the information and my folders and documents are coming out {learningWalk} {dateOf}. Am I doing something wrong?

You are following the steps correctly,May I suggest clearing your form cache.

Go to your my account/settings

scroll down until you find, Form Caches and click Clear Cache.
