Error on clicking SUBMIT button: Too Many Requests Sorry! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.

    Hi Team,

    We are getting below error while we are running the below form:

    I am actually surprised because the volume of the candidates was only 400 and even then we got this error.


    Today evening we will be using the form again with the expected volume to be around 1000. Can somebody please help me out and let me know the root cause and possible solutions for same.

    Forms are limited to allow only up to 60 submissions per minute. If it goes over that users who try to submit your form within that minute when the limit was reached will see the error.

    Waiting for another minute or so should allow them to submit the form again. To ensure it's working correctly as of writing this reply, I sent a test submission to your form and managed to submit it successfully.
