Are you still able to replicate the calculating problem?

I tested but the calculation is showing properly.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

The fees section is again not working.  I had another issue (about form getting hung up) which i am told has been solved.  Perhaps in fixing that issue, something was done to the calculation logic?  Can you please check why the fees are not calculating as per the conditions. Thanks.

I tested your form but it is working as intended:

The Fee is showing fine as you can see above.

Are you still able to replicate this issue?

    Thank you!

Interestingly it seems to be working in the live form but in the preview.  Is that normal?

Can you try clearing your form's cache and see if it works right after? I think the difference here is that there is an old cache on the form builder that is still being used and so when the form gets loaded in preview, it may be using the old one from your browser's cache. Feel free to try let us know if clearing it wouldn't resolve the case.

    Thanks.

Someone just submitted a form and it did not calculate the fees.  And i just tested the form myself to mimic the submission and it did not calculate the fees either.

I chose adult (committee member) - should have calculated $39

Next i chose adult (Assistant scoutmaster) - should have calculated $0

last i chose scout - should have calculated as $90.

Total Unit/BSA fee should have been 129

Total fee should have been $133 and change and square payment screen should have been shown which is not showing because art calculated is 0.00.

Please check and see where the error is.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I've been checking every detail of your form and here is what I found, under your selection for assistant scout master, there is an empty value there which results to an error in the calculation. And thus, your total value comes blank.

After fixing this issue, please let us know if the problem persists.

    Thanks.

Thank you.  That was only on one of four such fields.  I have corrected the above.

But looks like cache is also an issue.  If a user fills out a form then leaves half way.  Comes back and restarts the whole process, looks like the cache values take priority over what the user is actively filling out.  I am guessing there is no session management.  Ultimately our form will reside in a weekly website. Not sure how weekly manages iframe sessions or if at all.  Can you please throw some light on these issues. Thanks.

I have checked the settings of your form and the "Continue Forms Later" is set to "Disabled".

    How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

When that option is disabled, it means that the form will load with fields unfilled even if the form was previously filled halfway but closed.

Can you check the settings of the browser that you were using and see if its autofill feature is enabled or not?

You can find in this article I found over the web how you can disable and clear autofill information in your browser — https://support.iclasspro.com/hc/en-us/articles/218569268-How-to-Disable-and-Clear-AutoFill-Info-in-your-Browser

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
