I'm working on a housing barrier assessment form, and the conditions are not cooperating. For example, if you look at question 1b on my form (2nd question -- to get there, just answer "No" to question 1a). The question states that "ALL the following criteria must be met".
So, using the Conditions Wizard I've set it up to so that if any one question is left blank, then the respondant will be directed to page 5 of the form (skipping pages 3 and 4). See the attached screenshot to see what I did to achieve this.
However, this seems to only work sporadically. Leave only the first answer blank, for example, and it doesn't work -- it takes you to page 3 (question 1c).
Am I missing a step, or am I doing something wrong? Or is this a glitch in JotForm?

Thank you for contacting us.
Your condition seems to be fine, but apparently it does not work as expected. I would recommend to split mentioned condition into 5 separate conditions to solve the problem. According to my tests it helps.
Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.
