Payment Integration: using Banquest to receive payments

Is there a way to accept payment from a custom payment gateway that's not listed?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not have an option where you can add your own payment method. If you want to collect payments through Jotform then you'll have to use one of the available payment integrations. Can you share the name of the payment gateway that you need? We can raise a feature request to our developers.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

This is the gateway we use. Banquest Payment Systems I believe they are by far the cheapest payment gateway out there. It would be a huge help for all your users to have access to them. Let me know what happens.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you want to use Banquest but as of the moment, it is not yet included in Jotform's list of Payment Processor Integrations. Rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I will let the Developer team know about this. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.

As a workaround, you can use the Payment Integrations available for now. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
