Can we pay for an annual subscription for jotform?

Yes, it's possible to purchase a yearly subscription, you will need to go to the pricing page and select the desired plan, once there please do the following: 

1. Select the yearly plan. 

2. Read the terms and check the box if you agree them. 

3. Choose your payment method. 

4. Click on the continue button.

I can also see you have an active bronze yearly subscription so if you want to switch to another plan you may do it as well and the unused time of the current subscription will be discounted from the new subscription's price.
