I am not sure what is going on. But I am not getting my forms once they have been submited. I tried to reach out to you guys for this in the pass and nothing. I am hoping I can get you guys now.

Hi hr250,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To clarify, are you referring to the notification email? If so, I checked both forms on the account and saw that there's an email notification set up. And the recent submission was made on the Spanish form last January of this year. You can check your activity logs for that. Let me show you how.
- Click on your avatar icon and select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click the History tab.
- You can manage as to how far back you can view activities on your account.
- You can also specify or filter the type of activity you wish to see. Filter the activity type to Emails
Could you try using a different email for the notification? This is to test if the issue is only happening to your email only.
