We want to integrate our EHR with Jot forms.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At the moment, we don't have a built-in connection to any Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. However, you can utilize WebHooks to transmit the entered information to a designated URL. By activating the "Send Post Data" feature in your form and configuring a redirect URL on your Thank You page, the submitted data will be forwarded to that page.

Integration with your specific EHR might necessitate the involvement of a developer to interpret the data transmitted by Jotform and input it into your EHR system.
