Hi mrjadis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
If you're form is embedded on a website, try using the iFrame code. Let me show you how:
- Go to the top of Form Builder and select Publish.
- Next, select Embed from the left pane.
- Next, pick iFrame from the list of choices.
- Lastly, choose Copy Code at the bottom to copy the iFrame embed code for your form.
Insert the code into the body tag of your webpage. You may also utilize the features in your content management system's editor to display custom HTML and incorporate your form into your website if you're using one.
If the issue persists, can you give us the link to your website so that we can investigate it further?
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
