We would like to send out an employee survey where everyone can leave feedback on each other, but would like a means to put identification on each employee. So when that exact employee gets their survey, their own name won't show up. Is that possible?

I'm looking for is that if I have a team of person a,b and c. If I send this survey to person a they would be rating person b and c. On the contrary, person b would only see a and c when filling out the survey. We do not want people to see their own name when rating.

    Hi joshhill931,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Creating an anonymous survey is quite straight forward. You can create an anonymous survey by not collecting personal information fields such as Name, Email, Phone Number and Address from the submitter. User's won't be able to see the submissions, unless you share the submissions with them.
